The Annual Convention of International Wood Products Association (IWPA) will take place March 26-28, 2003 at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. For the last 46 years, IWPA's Annual Conventions have been an indispensable, cost-effective meeting point for companies involved in international trade of wood products to the North American marketplace. IWPA the only group in the United States organized to represent the interests of companies active in the import of wood and wood products. Membership also includes companies with interests allied to the trade (manufacturers, sales representatives, steamship lines, customs brokers, port authorities and others) and overseas producers and exporters of wood products to the U.S., as well as the major organizations to which these producers belong. At the 2002 Convention there were 250 delegated from about 20 countries. ()
