Ukraine Created State Inspection on Forestry Protection, Usage and Reforestation
Ukranian cabinet of ministers ordered to create the State Inspection on Forestry Protection, Usage and Reforestation within the Ministry of environment protection as a state management institution, Liga-business inform reported.
In accordance with this directive the Ministry of environment was entrusted with preparing a draft bill of State Inspection on Forestry Protection, Usage and Reforestation regulation.
The Ministry of finance was entrusted with redirecting the following funds in line with the state budget-2004.:
The Ministry of environmental protection and the State committee on forestry were entrusted with:
— from the Ministry of environment and natural resources to the Ministry of environment and the State committee on natural resources taking into consideration the change of maximum staff limit set for these institutions
— from the State committee on forestry to the Ministry of environmental protection taking into consideration the change of maximum staff limit set for these institutions
— settling the issue together with the Ministry of finance concerning the allocation of budget funds from State forestry committee envisaged in the budget-2004 and intended for forestry protection, usage and reforestation
— presenting within a 3 months’ term certain suggestions as to according the legislative acts prepared by the Cabinet of ministers with the following regulation
— modifying own normative and legal acts in accordance with the following regulation by the Cabinet of ministers.
