EBRD invests in the production of panels on the basis of wood

The European bank of reconstruction and development gave a credit to the amount of 60 million euro to the company «Conospan Ukraine», which belongs Kronospan Holdings East Limited, subsection of Austrian «Conospan  Group».

Credit facilities will be used for setting of powers on the production of  panels from wood in Novovolinsk, north-west Ukraine. a 25 million euro is from it sums were sindicated the bank of Erste Bank der of Oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG.

«Сonospan» plans the reconstruction of existent building of factory and setting of two lines on the production of flags. After setting of these lines a company will make standard and face the cyanotriamide of flags for the use is in the production of domestic and office furnitures, and also equipment for kitchens and shops. «Conospan» plans introduction  the system of collection  waste-woods also for local sawing productions, that will stimulate their responsible utilization.

Olive Decamp , Director of group of Business of South and East Europe in ЕBRD, said, that a project will be one of most investments in Ukrainian industry of production of panels on the basis of wood which must develop, in order to satisfy growing demand on furnitures, and also  to сorrespond the necessities of a build industry.
